How do I know the coffee will be fresh?

We partner with over 50 of the nation's best craft roasters who roast your beans to order. Your coffee is shipped within 24 hours of roasting to ensure peak flavor and aroma reach your doorstep.

Can I customize my subscription frequency?

Absolutely. You can choose to receive your coffee every week, every two weeks, or every month. You can also pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! You can select whole bean for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings—including drip, espresso, and cold brew—tailored to your specific brewing method.

What is your return policy for food products?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your roast or if your order arrived damaged, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for all active subscribers. For one-time purchases, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
